Prepare To Play

The Athletic Skills Training program is designed for Beginners aspiring to enhance their position performance in preparation for competition.   It works independently, collectively, and indefinitely with students teaching them the basic skills and techniques required to play their position at a level of expectation.

Our intent is to help your students discover their talents, identify their strengths, overcome their weaknesses, and manage the distractions that might hinder them from reaching their fullest potential each and every day.

  • Physical Fitness, Speed & Agility 

  • Hand, Eye and Feet Coordination
